1. Terms and definitions

• Buyer — an individual who intends to order or purchase goods.

2. Subject of the agreement

The Seller undertakes to transfer the Goods into the ownership of the Buyer, and the Buyer undertakes to pay for and accept the Goods ordered in the online store. The ownership right to the Goods passes to the Buyer at the moment the Goods are handed over.

3. Order placement procedure

The Buyer places an order for the Goods through the online store interface or via managers by phone or WhatsApp. When placing an order, the Buyer undertakes to provide accurate and up-to-date personal information.

4. Delivery and acceptance

Delivery of the Goods is carried out within the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Russian Federation. Delivery time and cost depend on the region and the tariffs of the courier service. Specific delivery conditions are agreed with the Buyer when the order is confirmed.

5. Return of goods

The Buyer has the right to return Goods of proper quality within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt, provided that the Goods retain their marketable condition (packaging, seals, labels) and consumer properties. Return shipping costs for Goods of proper quality are borne by the Buyer. The procedure for returning Goods of improper quality is governed by applicable law.
